英語でよく聞かれる質問

上の質問のなかで、よくされるのが、What motivates you? という質問です。あなたをやる気にさせるものは何ですか？という意味です。これは日本人の面接官からはなかなかでないような質問です。単刀直入に「お金です」などといってはいけません。 接客業などでは「人と接すること」 Working with people などと答えるのもよいでしょう。常に挑戦できる、新しい技能を学べる、XXに貢献できるなど、建設的な答えをします。
